| ABOUT MAYWOOD GROVE Maywood Grove is a beautiful, private community composed of 52 seasonal and permanent residents. Maywood Grove is in the southwest corner of Galway Lake. Residents enjoy all that Galway Lake has to offer every season of the year. Maywood Grove has an extensive history dating to the late 1930's. There are four roads that make up the grove. The main road is May Road, and the first road down the hill is East Fork Road. The second intersecting road is Diamond Point Road, which is the road that the community well is located. The other intersecting road, towards the end of the grove, is May Road Loop. The length of all these roads is roughly two miles. Residents enjoy walking and bike riding along these roads. Maywood Grove connects to Weiss Grove and Rohlings Grove, which makes it very accessible to make the morning walk or bike ride more interesting. |
