PROJECTS:

In the Spring of 2011, We added hardwood floors to the hallway and dining room.  Also a new
fireplace was built in the yard.  There is also a new gas burning stove in the living room for those
chilly nights in the Spring and Fall.  

Spring 2010, there was extensive landscaping done to the entrance of the entryway, with
riverbed rock stacked down the walkway and new lighting installed.

We finally purchased 2 acres of land next to the cottage to enhance the privacy and character of
the property.  This is a very crucial addition to ensuring that future development and land
clearing does not happen.  Thank You to the owner of Colonial Inn for the land.
